Nowadays, teenagers are increasingly turning to unhealthy diets to lose or gain weight and build muscles, ignoring the importance of balanced daily meals. How can we persuade our schoolmates to consume a balanced diet that includes all the essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals?
